I would start ringing around all the trans shops to see if anybody has one.
You can get them from Japan.
Yes it is the Transfer valve Assemble.
It is the same as the 92 to 94 JDM one. Part number SU31942AA051, yellow wire normally open.
Some other autos used the same solenoid.
