I have had the same "problem" since I got mine
when cold the shift to 1st is harsh
shift to 2nd kicks my back at low rpm
and `3000rpm it's like a GTR shifting, and anything above that it's like any other auto
and I don't know if you guys have the same "problem" but at anything higher than 3000rpm my 2->3 takes a long time to shift...at +5000rpm it'll redline before shifting (If I don't let go of the gas, which I do a little)
I don't think it's serious...I've gotten used to it
