Mine felt fine too. Started with a vibration, no leaks though. Just a leak that would not stop from the tail shaft. Replaced tail shaft seal. Still leaking. Rebuilt entire output section. Still leaking. Put in another used drive shaft. Still working without leaking 3 years later.
