Have you checked with local part shops?

The dryer and exp valve are both used on many other Isuzu's and Nissan's. If the part shop can't find a listing for the SVX. Check on rockauto.com, if you click on the part number it will list what all make/model/years that part will cross over to.

I'm guessing it would be much cheaper than shipping to Russia??
