It was left over brake caliper paint that I had layin around from autovalue, I actually bought it for painting a briggs race motor, then realized i could do my car, haha, heres another of the red top take the front cover off, and the rear, mask it off and paint.
also, in my experience with briggs motors, ive never been able to cook the paint off them, white would discolor, but otherwise it was normally okay.
I think it made it alot better, completes the look in my opinion adds a little pop
