Just by eyeballing, it seems the best approach would be to remove the intake plenum and alternator, and placing the blower upside down on top of the engine, blowing upwards into the bottom of the manifold. Yup, some fabrication would be required, but it doesn't look too bad. Drop the engine mounts an inch or so and the stock hood should close easily. Of course there's always that little trifling matter regarding compression ratio that needs to be dealt with...
