Probably 5 spd. If the pump is in fact bad, which it sounds like, you're looking at pulling the transmission, tearing it all apart, or most of it, having to buy either a new, or a good used pump, putting it all back together all this while having it in a clean environment-no dust, dirt, grime, etc., and then putting it back in the car. Your best bet is to just go ahead with the 5 spd swap IMO.
