I had the contacts cleaned and greased with contact grease. If that doesn't work I am going to contact Bosch for a replacement. But I am wondering if the problem isn't related to mismatched O2 sensors. Both bank one sensors are now Bosch but I am guessing that the bank two sensor is OEM.
