Question Brake pipes

I have a 92 SVX LS-i which has been up on jack stands for a year, after the third tranny swap. As I was test driving it a tranny hose to the remote cooler let go and hosed the hot exhaust, which gave off big clouds of smoke. Being close to home I drove it the block into my driveway and left it there for months before putting it up on the jack stands.
So I took the remote filter and cooler and hooked it back to stock, replaced the hoses and tested it in the driveway. Only to find a leak from the right rear corner, and jacked it up to find the wheel side dry but the sub frame was wet.
So my question is "Is there any easy way to replace the brake pipe that's hiding behind the sub frame?"
