Wow, that actually seems lenient compared to here in WI. 25mph over the speed limit and its an automatic 6 month suspension, a very hefty fine and even more expenses in "safe driving classes".
Staying on topic, You're pretty much screwed and there is going to be almost no chance of getting out of this. Hiring a lawyer may be able to get the ticket and therefore fine reduced but not sure how much.
