I heard somewhere that just before obama attempted to ban deep water drilling in the gulf for 6 months, a large amount of our tax dollars were invested in brazilian oil companies, who were set to lease our rigs and take them to international waters and do the same thing there. Any other job in the world and he would be fired, and be put on trial for insider trading.
Anyone else hear this?
