The mechanic that rebuilt the transmission said that he's aware that its blinking, and his technical people say that the blinking means that the #14 fuse in fusebox 17 is bad. He checked ALL the fuses and they are fine. Other than the blinking light, the transmission shifts fine. So my question is, does anyone know why it might be blinking, and where is fusebox 17, so I can check fuse #14 myself. Thanks.

if your power light is blinking 14 times it has nothing to do with fuses but shift solenoid 2 according to the code list. Sounds like you need to take it back under warranty and have them correct it but then again if they can't diagnose the codes for the trans maybe thats not a good idea... hmm conundrum..
