After about 6 months, the paint on this did start chipping off pretty bad and didn't last very long. Of course, I'm pretty rough on my keys and everything that goes with it gets beat down, dropped, tossed, beat.
Shortly after the plastic piece for the button eventually snapped (due to hard pressing because the keyfob itself seemed to be having issues from time to time) and I finally went with the keyless ride job. It works well and is an ideal replacement, even if I don't care too much for either design, it works and is solid.
