Ok - Opened the box, and sorted them out. Like the idiot I am I left the shop camera at home after borrowing it for the kid's B-day party this weekend.
Material, as stated is urethane. Feels to be around Shore 80A.
Kits are indeed complete in that there are:

- Front control arm rear bushings
- Rear trailing arm forward bushings
- Rear trailing arm rear bushings
- Lateral link forward inner bushings
- Lateral link rear inner bushings
- Lateral link front and rear outter bushings
