Forgive the ignorance here....but just what exactly does the EGR valve/temp sensor/system do anyway?
What does it mean that those pipes/sensor are all gooped up, where did that stuff come from...I can't imagine the exhaust being that oily...does it mean that the system is back-feeding from the crankcase?
