That ones easy, it just looks like the top of a bolt with wire to it. The only other place it would be if not in the pic is the side of the EGR itself.

If you want to do the hack shortcut way of cleaning those passages, just remove the EGR piping or temp sensor if you find it and spray brakeleen into it while revving the engine so it doesnt stall. Just keep in mind the gook and grit thats in there will be spat into the engine, so if you like your car I would just do it the right way.

Have you looked at the online manual yet?
