The only thing is that the technology is not on every car. For the most part it has to be up to an alert police officer to spot the car and run the plate. They could literally pull up beside a cop in my car and if they don't look shady, they won't get pulled.

Right, that's why I was asking if you sent a picture, enforcement sees the picture, a picture is worth a thousand words. Might be worth asking? I doubt the car would be on the road with your plates.
