You are doing a really excellent job on it Mike.

Same as you I find it truly backbreaking work, staying bent over in the one position for ages. Fair dues to you, you are at least getting some benefit from the backache with a lot of sparkle from that block.

The only problem I find with tackling a big clean-up like yours is the fact it tends to escalate; you then go on to clean up the alternator/powersteering/pulleys etc etc.

At least it keeps us busy and amused.
