A radio circuit will not support the fan motors.
They have two 25 amp fuses... on each.

Like I said ,I fixed mine by just a T/stat. replacement from a el cheapo, to the factory one...First time it hapened was with the original t/stat(12 years old), repl. w/ cheapo, then put a factory one back in....Now My fans come on when they are supposed too....
He might have found an easy fix for the problem....
