Here I am, a Californian living in a cabin in the woods in Upstate NY.
I'm moving today from one remote spot to another.
It's as if I'm living right smack on top of a frozen lake to another spot on a frozen lake. I make walking sticks as a hobby. Just screwed in a hanger bolt to the bottom of one for stability. It works well.
My concern today is the moving van, and the guys. I guess these East Coast moving guys know how to deal with carrying couches over ICE.
Hope so anyway.
Its forecast to be about 70 today here Ill go outside in the nice warm sunshine and drink an iced tea later for my east side brothers
