Great..I didn't even think of the difference between in house and outsourcing costs for the billing dept.
On my list is all the imaging and lab testing stuff, but some doctors have a lab room in the office and others out source..I'll have to see what's more cost effective.
I know he/she can either rent (which for this area I have found 2 rental offices between 6-800 a month, not including utilities).
