Well, it helps tremendously if you have a lift to do it on. However, the EASIEST (not necessarily the cheapest) way to do it would just be to take it to a shop and have them do it. This would also easily insure it could be done quickly.

Something like this for me I would expect to spend 4 or 5 hours on, taking my time. But that's with air tools, a lift, and no big rush. For the first timer in say... a driveway, I would expect it would take all day.

Not sure on a how-to though, maybe you could ask one of the Tom's and see if they have any tips or write-ups. I'd take pictures of when I do it, but then that wouldn't help YOU much. lol
