The owner's manual shows 90W for temperatures 30F and above; 80W/90 for all applications. Front diff capacity is 1.3 qts/1.2 liters.
I don't believe anyone hit on the actual capacity spec for the transmission, which is 10 qts./9.5 liters. For one more opinion on fluid type: I just run plain old Dexron as specified, and change it often. One of mine has an external cooler and filter, the other is bone stock.
