I GOT ONE.  Thanks 92-97SVX. 51 dollars on ebay. 
However it doesn't have the middle rubber part. 
I want to make one myself. I armer alled it.  I know I'ma nut.
The official way to install it would be facing the curved part towards the driver side right?
