Well....you can essenitially bolt it right in. Problem comes with making the motor run, and all your other **** work at the same time. youd need pin outs for both ecu's to see if the imprezza ecu can manage the svx's other systems....Or possibly even use both in conjunction with eachother (Once again, pinout diagrams of both ecus would be needed) OR you can try to wire in a standalone to the new motor (There should be plenty of kits available for the 2.0 and 2.5l motors) and make THAT work in conjunction with the svx
