Fuel Injection Flush

My car needed a boost yesterday to get started, so I took it to the local shop to test the battery and see if I need a replacement (it tested "good" so I'm holding off for now).

The mechanic, however, said I had a slightly rough idle and asked if I had ever considered a fuel injection flush. He quoted me $89.99 (just for me!!!) for the flush. I said I'd take it under advisement.

So...any advice? Is this worth it? Will it save on mpg and idle any smoother?

Thanks!
