We try hard to keep a sense of balance and be reasonable at all times.

When personal disagreements and arguments between members happen, that's when reason goes out the window.

As Steevo says, we do [purposely] keep a hands-off approach in moderating, and by and large we are rewarded by most people keeping it sane and civil.
