Aimaar,

This makes sense because a faulty TPS signal, would cause a slow oscillation between input and output signals, in line with the built in time delay.

You have adjusted the TPS, but have you tested it as per the simple test in the how too stuff? Even then, as explained, a test with a simple meter is not absolutely conclusive.
