I don't think the parts for other countries will come up on subaruparts.com, and you can go down the list of switches (security is 000, 010 is blank, 020 is rear defog, 030 is hazard, 050 is front fog, 060 is cruise, 080 and 090 are the caps that go on either end of the switches. That leaves 040, which comes up as a bad number and 070 which just says "knob". Maybe someone in the uk has access and can check and see if 83003PA040 is a good number for them, that would be it i'm sure. I may call myself tomorrow, if no one can help me on my obsessive little quest
