Re: #2. Mine failed three days ago at 156K. What a PITA having no speedo, cruise and with the flakey gas gauge, being unsure when to look for fuel with no Odometer either. Wish I had been aware of pending failure indicated by no cruise engagement that began about 2 mos ago, but after having ignition switch replaced had assumed it to be related. Especially bad being 500 mi from home.
