They would look and seem warped to someone who is uninformed, but once you realize that rotors DO NOT WARP, you realize what actually happened.

You had crap pads. This led to uneven pad deposits. Uneven pad deposits can cause runout, or pulsation in the pedal. They also cause the rotor to wear unevenly, because some sections of the rotor have more pad material than others. Eventually, your rotors were so unevenly worn they ALWAYS had pulsation. If you took the rotors off and put them on a lathe, it would hit only certain parts of the rotor, leading you to the conclusion that they 'warped', when in reality it's almost impossible for a rotor to warp.
