Trans id #'s, needed help

I am going to be fixing up my SVX I got a few months ago and have been looking on car-part and need some help sorting through some numbers. I figured lots of people are asking this question so I decided to make a list (if you have any numbers feel free to add to the list). I am looking for a AWD trany with decently low mileage with 4.11's. Also, dose it matter what year rear diff I get, and are there any that are a direct swaps for out car? How much are you guys paying to have the gears meshed?

When I search for a 1996 Legacy it gives me several choices:
1) A.T., thru 6/95, AWD (ID# TZ102ZAAAA)
--- From what I have found on the forum this is a 4.11 tranny
2) A.T., from 6/95, AWD, 2.2L, (ID# TZ102Z2ABA)
--- 4.44, from posts on the forum this is from an Outback
3) A.T., from 6/95, AWD, 2.2L, (ID# TZ102ZABAA)
--- ?????
4) A.T., from 6/95, AWD, 2.5L (dose not list numbers)
--- They list a lot of outback's and wagons so I assume they could be 4.44's

When I search for a 1997 Legacy it only gives me one number
1) A.T., FWD (ID# TA102AACAA)
--- ***this is for a front wheel drive but I figured I would post the numbers
2) A.T., AWD, 2.5L, GT
--- I am fairly sure this has 4.44
3) A.T., AWD, 2.5L, LSi
--- ?????
4) A.T., (AWD), 2.5L, Outback & SUS
--- Should have 4.44
5) A.T., AWD, 2.2L
--- should have 4.11 ???
6) ID# TZ102Z2CCA Found this number on the forums while searching
--- 4.44's
7) ID# TZ102Z2CBA-DT out of an Outback, found this while searching also
--- 4.44

When I search for a 1995 Legacy the only give me the choice of AT, AWD

Unknown year part numbers
1) ID# TZ102ZM1AA found on the forum while searching
--- said to be a 4.11

Thanks for your help guys
