Both comments may be correct at some level Brian.
For ordinary road use the Greenstuff ones should be more than adequate and have two advantages; they don't make brake dust; they are much more fade resistant and bite much better than standard pads.
As I understand it, the Redstuff are performance pads. As such, they will have a higher fade resistance and better temperature handling than the Green ones.
Now, as a drawback, they may not stop all that well until warmed up. This has little effect on the track, as "Warm" is the order of the day.

On the road on a cold morning, they might not be the best.
I reckon the Green ones are hard to beat unless you are hammering your car everywhere and racing it and stuff.
