Tony, I'm not sure how we'll be testing that. From my perspective, I know there'll be problems if the brakes fade. If they don't, then I'm not so worried.

Brakes setup is proposed to be 4 pot WRX calipers at the front, with the rotors machined down to size, and possibly the 2 pot WRX calipers at the rear with a vented disc (instead of the standard solid disc)*. Backing plates will be removed to assist cooling and Ferodo DS3000 pads fitted.

*Unsure if this will work of course.

Painting the cage has begun.

Matt you shouldn't have any braking issues at 3000lbs using standard SVX brakes aside from too much braking in the front and the need for a proportioning valve to keep the rear end stable.
