Here's the Ramsi appeal as re-written and submitted by our government. You'll notice in the first few paragraphs this official document was written to favor the government, and cited some case to justify it's favoring. It goes through both cases of Ramsi in intricate detail of what happened where, and why, etc.

Now I've read these before a long while back, and I haven't reread them, but find me where there was a connection between Ramsi and Al Qaeda in them. I can of course say this with confidence, for I have studied Ramsi in detail.
