Bipa, since you are not an American, trying to explain Texas to you would be a waste of time. As for Clinton, it wasn't just sex, it's the whole lying under oath issue. If you call that no big deal, you have problems. You also left out the Whitewater land scheme that made bill and hillery a ton of money and some people homeless.
