well I dont have anyway to test it until my dad can help me out so I decided to just try and adjust it by guess. I adjusted it just a hair or two in one direction and then in the other from where it was origanally marked. I think its close now cuz I drove home with no real incident but I didnt get to go full throttle or anything because it started snowing at about 1:00 pretty good and I was tinkering between breaks at work. I think the real solution is to get a new TPS but its like 200 dollars that I dont have.
