You should be able to go 100k miles before changing the t-belt. Water pump (incl gasket), thermostat, cam seals, and crank seal are all good to replace while you've got the front of the engine apart. Oil pump shouldn't need replacing. Inspect all the t-belt idlers and replace if the bearings in any appear to be worn. This would also be a good time to flush the entire cooling system and replace with fresh coolant. New radiator hoses would be a good idea too. If you have a leaky power steering system, this would also be a good time to replace any leaky PS hoses and gaskets (because you'll probably have the radiator out and this makes it easier to get access to the hoses).
