While the official figures haven't been released, this article on subdriven mentions that the '06 STI will have 311ft-lbs of torque - there's no mention of an increase in hp.

Personally, I won't be surprised if the 'official' hp rating remains at 300...even though the actual rating will probably be in the 320-325 range. Subaru seems to be starting a trend of under-rating their engine output of late (e.g. '04-'05 Forester XT).
