i'm not a beer snob - if it tastes good and its cold, i'll drink it.
about as snobby as i get is going to the Church Brew Works (going Saturday for late B-day ) to get some Pious Monk Dunkel and a pizza.

i'll try those ones you recommended, though, because i like to learn new things.
