The power for the Drivers door control comes from a different circuit then the other three individual controls.
The drivers door circuit can blow a fuse and the individual window switches will still work and vice versa.
I beleive that is your problem. Check all the fuses under the dash and in the engine compartment because I can't remember which one it uses.
