Just did 350 miles last night with my new "earless" rad cap, losing not a drop of coolant. I'm still concerned a bit with signs of contact between the cap and hood underside, but it may not be an issue after all. Overall I'm very happy with the radiator as well as PWR personnel and their efforts to make everything right.
