Then I'm with pert on this one. Why didn't you just go with a reman? My guess is that if they did it cheaper than a remain they didn't replace everything while in there as just the parts alone and r&r tends to cost the same as a remain. I would ask for a parts list then of everything that was replaced. Then match it up with what Subaru says to replace. My guess is they didn't replace something. If that's the case since you've been driving it now, I'd insist on replacement everything the second time around as I'm sure you did damage to the "new" parts.
