Two local guys (ages 23 & 27 - I didn't know them), driving a late model Toyota, bought a trunk & back seat full of fireworks. Seems likely the cigarette one of them was using to light the fireworks, before throwing them out at pedestrians, blew out of his hand and onto the pile of fireworks in the back seat....one is dead, the other in critical condition - 2nd degree burns over 90+% of his body.
