Oh nevermind, I was getting ready to write you a fairly traffic-free (and fun driving too!) route that would get you from Redmond to Burlington, but I just remembered that you work in Seattle now.
I'm pretty sure if you left work at 4:00 in the U-district, you would be at Earl's by 6:00, but that whole 2 hours will likely be used for driving.
Once at Earl's though it would be a good time.
