Actually, Vermont
was straight from the shop. I went straight from work, to the shop, then, picked up Shari and headed out. Reading II was the same way, only I picked up Micah instead of Shari. Snowshoe II was OE (operator error -- a foolish, stupid, bonehead, idiotic, embarrassing mistake). Oh, and to add insult to injury, I got a ticket on the way to VT! Wound up costing me around 165.00 just to save points. The ticket itself was only 100.00, but I was going 20MPH over, which is 6 points.
Meanwhile, I'm still getting my 2-3 flare (it developed on the way to Somerset to see Huck and drive the 5-Speed). It only happens under load (like when they diagnosed the TPS problem) and after the car has warmed up. I *should* take it in and have it looked at, BUT, I fear they'll either want to keep it for 24 days (like the last time) or, they'll keep it 'til Reading III. I'm just slightly gun shy. Perhaps I'll try a slight adjustment to the TPS myself and see if it takes care of the problem.
