What I meant was that you might have a problem now if when you swapped the wheel/tire combinations around to make it so the wheels were all rotating in the "right" direction it resulted in tires now rotating in a direction opposite to what they're supposed to be. It's an easy check - just look at the sidewall of the tires and see if they have an indicated rotational direction (and that it corresponds to the forward direction for your car! ) Unless the previous owner went to one of those high buck shops and had the tires balanced on the car, the wheel/tire combinations' balancing is independent of their location on the car.
