I had this problem occasionally, and while I never tried any solutions I did have a workaround.

Whenever my doors froze shut (and I know what you mean - those suckers feel welded when they do), I'd take off my gloves and pry the door's weather stripping away from the roof and down the a-pillar. It doesn't take long and it doesn't hurt anything - it just gives you a start.

But I think if you treated the stripping with some kind of silicone it would stop doing this. Just a theory - as I said, I never actually tried to solve the problem...
