The dealership isn't being blamed for the actual problem with the car, as I understand it. The dealership
is being blamed for the complications involved in fixing said problem. Apparently, there are bolts, which Rob never touched, that are cross-threaded.
The broken radiator I'd be more willing to blame on the impact, but I haven't seen the car.
