When I picked up the car they had not even attached the gear shift boot to the console. I had a power steering leak and it had never leaked before and they disconnected my NOS system from the car before they asked me if I wanted to sell it. I told them no, I didn't, but when I found the power steering leak, I found that the NOS system had been disconnected and not put back on. They had cut hoses and replaced hoses (gas lines and nitrous lines) and didn't even hook up the hoses that had been disconnected. I did not authorize any engine work or removing anything from the engine, so was very surprised what had happened. I don't know what else happened under the hood now. When I call back to talk to Brian, he is never there and they won't tell me when he will be back in so I can talk to him. When I picked up the car, I was talking to him about the bill and what might have caused the whole tranny problem, and the phone rang, he walked away and I never saw him again. I am not very happy with the treatment that I got from them, and I would not recommend them for anything at this time. He isn't standing behind his product and will not give a guarantee or warranty - not a very good situation. I am not very difficult to work with, but I don't think this was the proper way to do business. I know I would never treat any one this way.
